Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return your purchase within 10 days of receiving your items for an exchange or credit. Please email us at info@carolynahearn.com for your free shipping label and instructions on return.
Please note we do not accept returns on custom orders.
If you have ordered a custom ring and the size is incorrect, we offer a free one-time resize on us. For tips and tricks on how to find the right size, please get in touch by emailing us at info@carolynahearn.com.
